Secure Chat and Desktop Sharing

Secure Chat enables real-time, secure encrypted online chat with members within Online Banking. Simply click on the Support button on the top right corner and choose one of the options on how you would liked to be assisted – it’s that easy!

Desktop Sharing enables you to now share your screen securely with the Service Support Team and we can see exactly what you are seeing within Online Banking and help troubleshoot any issues you may have.   All this can be done from the comfort of your home or office without ever stepping into a branch.

Secure Support provides a secure email inbox within Online Banking that empowers you to create, send and receive secure emails from Greater Alliance. No need to download software – this solution is completely web-based.

You can receive documents via chat session or email attachment in almost any format including .PDF, .DOC, .XLS or links to other web pages to direct the user to the right information.

Online Bill Pay

Pay your bills the simple way with Online Bill Pay. Eliminate the tedious task of writing and mailing checks each month, paying postage and possibly forgetting the pay all of your bills. Let your computer or mobile device do the work for you!

  • To sign up for Online Bill Pay, first sign in to your Greater Alliance Online Banking account and then click the Bill Pay link.
  • Online Bill Pay is available 24/7 and is completely FREE.
  • You can schedule recurring payments, as well as make single payments.
  • You can make expedited payments electronically or Overnight a check to a payee for an additional fee.
  • Available customized reporting of bill pay history, for greater control of your personal finances.

With eDocuments, you will enjoy fast and secure online access to your monthly account statements, eNotices and eTax forms.

  • Convenient access. You can access your statement from wherever you are in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Fast delivery. eStatements are available sooner than paper statements that arrive by mail
  • Automated storage: No need to file away paper statements, we store your eStatemetns for you online for up to 24 months
  • Depending on your cell phone carrier you will also receive a text message informing you about any eDocument delivery
  • Environmental protection. eStatements help us save paper, which ultimately helps us save the environment
  • eStatement is completely FREE.  Members who prefer to receive their documents by mail will be charged a $1 fee

Once you are signed up for eStatements, you will receive monthly notifications informing you when your statements are ready for viewing. Please note that you need to be enrolled in Online Banking in order to access all of your eDocuments.
